Writing: Ongoing Classes – Evening Classes now Monthly at Book Passage!

Tuesday Night

An ongoing session for those who have completed one of my classes at Book Passage. This class will continue monthly.
Cost: $40/class, $160 for the month of May.
Wednesday Morning
10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., at my home in Novato
8 weeks, May 15th - July 10th (skipping July 3rd)
This class is kept small so each week, each writer gets to read.
Cost: $320, with a deposit of $160 due on May 8th.
Thursday Night

May 2nd – May 30th

Four Monday Mornings, June 3rd – June 24th, 2013

In this, my introductory class, you will learn techniques for gaining confidence and developing a clear sense of what your book is about. Also, you’ll get advice on the best way to get each project published, suggested agents, editors, publishers and printers. This is the opportunity to get your book started!

Six Monday Mornings, July 1st – August 5th
10:00 a.m. – Noon, at Book Passage in Corte Madera
This class is for those who have a clear sense of what they want to write – maybe have even written a good portion of it – but have not been able to complete it. Leslie offers strategies for maintaining a consistent flow of your writing, helping you get unstuck and complete the project. Keenan has been in publishing for 28 years as an editor, agent, publisher, write, and teacher.
